May I get free shipping?

Yes, orders above Rs. 10 lakh will get free shipping in India.

Do you ship to other countries?

Yes, We do. Shipping charges will be applied while checking out the order.

How long will it take to deliver the furniture?

Depending on your location, for PAN India orders it will take 5 to 7 working days to deliver the product. For international delivery, it will take about 7 to 16 working days.

What are the shipping carriers you use?

We use major carriers and local carriers. You will be asked to choose a delivery method during checkout.

What are the payment options available on Mecwill?

We offer a variety of payment modes. They are as follows,
● Internet Banking - Partnered with 54 leading banks in India.

● Debit Cards are also accepted.

What to do if a transaction fails?

Transaction failure can be due to two reasons,
● If the information like account details, address or password entered is wrong.
● If the internet connection is unstable.

Is there a Pay On Delivery option available?

No, currently we do not offer a Pay On Delivery offer available.

It depends on the product. We have listed options on the website for every product. If there is a customisation option available then we can personalise that furniture item for you.

All our products come with a warranty. The warranty of our product will be active for a year from the purchase date.

How to cancel my order?

Only some products are eligible for cancellation. On your order page, there will be an option called “Cancel Item', by clicking on it you can cancel a product. If you want to cancel the full order, there will be a “Cancel Order” option. Click on it to cancel the full order. How to return my order?

If you are delivered a furniture piece with damage or defect, it is eligible for return. If the issue is noticed a bit later also, you can return the item. When will I get my refund?

The refund will reflect on the same source through which you have paid, within 7 to 10 working days.

No, there are charges applied if you stay in our list of serviceable cities/Pincodes.

There is an option called “Specifications” under the Product details page on the website. You can refer to this section to know whether your furniture needs any assembly or installation.

Can I see the products before buying?

Yes, We have Mecwill stores and retail stores across the nation. You can come and take a look at the furniture pieces. To find the nearest locator, go to “Store Locator” on the Mecwill website. Search using your Pincode and you will get to know the nearest store.

When can I visit the Mecwill store?

Is there a delivery option?

Yes, we deliver our furniture to more than 230 cities in India.

Why the coupon is not working?

The coupon may not work because of the following reasons:
